Quick n' Easy Upgrade Service: $19.95 flat rate (details below)
Standard Service Rate: 55$/hr.
Express Service Rate: 75$/hr.

Turn Around Time:

Standard service turn around time is 3-4 buisiness days. Buisiness days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Express service promises that the system will go on the workbench to be repaired the day it comes in. Generally speaking express service repairs brought in before noon can be finished same-day, given there are no complications.

Estimated Bench Times:

• Virus and Spyware Removal:
  Depending on the severity - Cleaning and removal is 1 1/2 Hours. Sometimes a bad viral or spyware infection can lead to a backup and reload of the operating system. This is 2 1/2 Hours.
• New Component Installation:
  Installation of a new compadable component, and all drivers and software required to use this component. 1 Hour.
• System Restore:
  Put your computer back to the day it was when you first purchased it! Estimated bench time of 2 hours.

What to bring:

• Main Tower. No cords attached.
• Any software discs that came with your computer or peripherals.
• Do not bring the monitor.
• Do not bring the mouse or keyboard.
• Do not bring speakers, or any other peripherals.

Who can use Quick n' Easy Upgrade Service?
Any working computer that needs an upgraded component such as: A network card, video card, secondary hard drive, optical device or more memory. No pre-existing issues are repaired under this service, only new components added. If for some reason we find that there is an incompatibility between the new component and your system we will then have to repair your system under Standard Service.

All computers are repaired at the Showtime Computers Service Center. All drop-offs and pick-ups are handled through our storefront only.
